NikeRugby is looking for a Temp Part-Time Retail Assistant (Athlete)
Join our team to provide world-class service to our consumers. This is a seasonal role offering 20 hours per week.
What you bring:
* Expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
* Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
* Support store departments by operating cash registers, managing goods, refilling products, building visual displays, and recommending products to reach sales targets.
* Utilize digital device knowledge to connect online and offline sales/services.
* Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
* Continuously improve your knowledge through tools and training courses on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
* Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative team player.
* Ability to apply product sales techniques.
Availability:
* Part-time, 20 hours per week.
* Flexible schedule: 4 full days or 3 full days + 2 half days.
* Must include two of the following days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
* This is a seasonal position.
