A highly regarded independent hospitality operator in the heart of Pitlochry is seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to join their leadership team across two thriving, high-volume venues with distinct concepts and exceptional reputations.

The Opportunity
You ' ll work in one of two very different, fast-paced operations:
A stylish, contemporary hotel operation delivering modern Scottish cuisine with strong seasonal influence, refined presentation, and high guest expectations.
A vibrant, high-energy food and drink venue known for its atmosphere, volume, and premium casual dining offering - focused on bold flavours, fresh produce, and exceptional service standards.
This dual-site environment provides outstanding exposure, variety, and genuine progression for chefs looking to develop strong operational and leadership capability.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
Leading and motivating a large brigade in a high-volume environment
Driving consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Supporting menu development and seasonal changes
Managing stock, ordering, and kitchen compliance
Training and mentoring junior chefs
What We're Looking For
Strong Sous Chef or experienced Senior CDP ready to step up
Experience in fresh food, high-volume kitchens
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Passion for quality ingredients and modern Scottish cuisine
Calm, professional approach under pressure
Desire to grow within a successful independent business
