Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Service Administrator role located in Thrapston. The Administrator will handle customer service, communication, maintenance contracts, asset management, order processing, customer support, and general administrative tasks as part of a team.
Qualifications
* Customer service and communication skills (face-to-face, phone, written)
* Order processing and after-sales support experience
* Administrative assistance skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience managing maintenance contracts in related fields is a plus
