For 18 months, you'll operate some of the most powerful cranes in the world - the CC8800 and LR11350 - ensuring every lift is safe, accurate, and compliant. Join the force behind NOTHING TOO HEAVY, NOTHING TOO HIGH Your job in a nutshell: Operate and control CC8800 and LR11350 cranes independently and safely. Assemble, configure, and dismantle cranes on-site. Check planning instructions, lifting plans, certificates, and load charts before work. Inspect cranes and auxiliary equipment before, during, and after operations. Perform daily and preventive maintenance; report irregularities. Complete maintenance checklists and work records accurately. Promote SHEQ standards and continuous improvement on every site. Report to your Line Manager and collaborate with Team Blue across Europe. ABOUT YOU You're a hands-on professional who combines technical skill with a strong sense of responsibility. You value safety, precision, and teamwork. You're ready to travel and take ownership of your craft. Required: Proven experience operating CC8800 and/or LR11350 cranes. Valid hoisting/safety certificate. Working at heights certificate. Solid knowledge of English for site communication. Basic understanding of mechanics and hydraulics. Driver's license C or CE. Preferred: Technical education (MTS or MBO). Additional certificates (forklift, telehandler, aerial platform). Excellent communication and situational awareness skills.
