Start Date: September 2025

Are you a hands-on, detail-driven Events Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments but values a healthy, purpose-led approach to work?
We’re partnering with a growing, boutique-style international events agency that delivers high-impact, flawlessly executed financial events across Europe and North America. They're now looking for a bilingual (French-English) Events Manager to join their remote-first team and take the lead on major conferences across cities like London, Paris, New York, and Toronto.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that’s ambitious yet grounded, where you’ll have autonomy, ownership, and the chance to grow alongside the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. End-to-end planning and delivery of in-person, hybrid, and virtual events
2. Budget ownership: from creation and approvals to reconciliation and reporting
3. Client and stakeholder communication, timeline and milestone tracking
4. On-site management including run-of-show preparation and live execution
5. Supplier and vendor coordination (venues, AV, production, gifting, etc.)
6. Working closely with tech, design, marketing, legal, and operations teams
7. Supporting internal systems, documentation, and process improvement
8. Occasionally mentoring or onboarding new team members
✅ What You Bring:
9. Native-level French and strong English (both written and verbal)
10. 3–5 years of end-to-end event/project management experience, preferably within an events agency.
11. Confidence managing senior clients and internal stakeholders
12. Experience running international events (UK, Europe, North America)
13. Strong tech skills (Microsoft Office; Cvent or similar platforms a plus)
14. Calm, organised, collaborative, and solutions-focused
15. Willingness to travel for site visits and event delivery
What’s on Offer:
16. Competitive salary (£40–45k depending on experience)
17. Remote-first culture with regular team offsites
18. Autonomy and trust from day one
19. A values-led, collaborative team committed to growth without burnout
20. A meaningful role with a company that recognises events are built by people — imperfect, human, and doing their best together
If you're passionate about events, ready to take full ownership of projects, and want to grow in a supportive international team, we’d love to hear from you.
