Our Client is looking for 3 ambitious and proactive Account Manager / Business Development Managers to drive growth
Locations:
Manchester and surrounding x1 Role
Isle of Man x1 Role
What You’ll Be Doing
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within your sectors.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients.
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
* Use a consultative approach to understand client challenges and position tailored solutions.
* Work closely with marketing and business development teams on proposals, pitches, and presentations.
* Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently hit or exceed sales targets.
* This is a 60% Account Manager, 40% Business Development role
Experience & Knowledge
* 3–5 years’ experience in consultative sales, ideally in IT solutions, software, or technology services.
* Proven track record of winning new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of technology solutions for the public sector or regulated industries.
* Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
* Bid Experience

* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Occasional travel to other offices, industry events, and client sites will be required, sometimes involving overnight stays.
