What we are looking for as a Groups and Events Sales Manager
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue across groups and MICE segments.
* Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and client expectations.
* Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities, building a solid pipeline for long-term success.
* Cultivate lasting relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event planners to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Events, and Operations to deliver seamless guest experiences.
