A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join its dynamic team in London. The Role You will advise employer clients on a wide variety of employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious. Responsibilities include: Managing Employment Tribunal litigation, including drafting pleadings and preparing cases for hearing Assisting senior lawyers with complex advisory work, such as discrimination, TUPE, reorganisations and employee relations Drafting contracts, settlement agreements, policies and other employment documentation Delivering clear, practical and commercially focused advice Supporting business development initiatives within the Employment team About You Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in employment law Strong experience in contentious matters; advocacy experience is desirable but not essential Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines Proactive, team-focused approach with strong client-handling skills Why Apply?
