Production & Installation Manager – Full-Time

Appleby Systems Inc is seeking a full-time Installation and Service Manager for their York office. This role involves ordering materials, scheduling installations and service appointments, developing and implementing service procedures, working with vendors to resolve problems, and building positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Candidates should possess:
- Experience in service management, office management or other related customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Independent strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a drive to exceed customer expectations.
- Proficiency in programs such as Excel and Word. Confidence to learn and utilize business’ customer database software.
This is a full-time in office (not remote) position with daytime work hours Monday through Friday. Pay ranges from $20/hour to $24/hour depending upon the experience of the candidate.
What You’ll Do
* Oversee all aspects of installation and production for bath, window and doorremodeling projects
* Hire, train, and manage the installation team
* Maintain 100% customer satisfaction and ensure positive feedback from all clients
* Communicate regularly with customers regarding project timelines and satisfaction
* Plan and schedule installations efficiently
* Review sales contracts and coordinate with the sales team before ordering products
* Manage vendor relationships and oversee inventory and warehouse operations
* Ensure proper permits are obtained where required
* Maintain detailed customer folders and production schedules using our CRM
* Provide ongoing training and support for quality control in installations
* Coordinate warranty and service calls with follow-up reviews
* Analyze job costs and service calls to recommend improvements
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience with acrylic bath systems,windows or other home improvement(required)
* Background in quality assurance (required)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organizational and communication abilities
* CRM proficiency and comfort with digital scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
* Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
