Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Employment Solicitor to join a reputable and growing law firm based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm, offering high-quality work and genuine progression opportunities.The role is offered on a hybrid basis, combining office-based work in Manchester with flexible remote working.They are paying a competitive salary of £45,000 - £90,000 annum depending on experience.Responsibilities as an Employment Solicitor:
* Representing clients at Employment Tribunal hearings
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures
* Supporting senior solicitors and partners on complex matters
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About you as an Employment Solicitor:
* Strong technical knowledge of employment legislation and tribunal procedure
* Excellent communication and drafting skills
* Ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines
* Qualified Solicitor in Employment law with at least 0-4 years PQE
