Working within Marketing, the Events Specialist will plan, manage & report on an assigned number of events across the globe. Responsible for tradeshow event execution this role will see the individual collaborating with others in the wider organization to ensure specialist experience is leveraged and the best possible outcomes for the business are achieved


What You'll Do

4. Responsible for the planning, management & reporting of tradeshows
5. Ensuring brand guidelines compliance
6. Detailed tracking and adherence to budget set for assigned events
7. Negotiate vendor contracts to ensure business goals are achieved
8. Responsible for event prep, including hotel reservations, internal documents, staff event registration, material shipping and communication to event staff for assigned events
9. Developing creative ideas to allow us to stand out and differentiate N-able at events
10. Driving activities through social media
11. Ideally EMS (Event Management software) savvy with a willingness to learn evolving toolsets and offerings

What You'll Bring

12. Experience managing corporate events
13. Prior experience of successfully managing events budgets
14. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and collaboration skills
15. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute at all levels of the organization
16. Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple high-priority assignments
17. Results driven, energetic, resourceful and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation
18. Proven ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally
19. Must be willing and able to travel regularly to support business need
