The role
As a SAP Solution Lead P&SC, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP and Coupa functionality, adding value to the Neptune (SAP) business unit through your technical and process knowledge of this area.
Day-to-day, you’ll provides specialist level design, configuration, and functional support for the SAP solutions in the Procurement, Supply Chain Planning modules of ECC 6 and the SAP Ariba solution.
1. Provides specialist level functional and configuration support for the Coupa solution including the following Coupa Modules: Source to Contract, Contract and Supplier Management, Requisition to Pay, Procurement, Invoice & Pay, Data and Analytics and Open Business Network.
2. Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs.
3. Ensures all Business Processes, Functional specification, technical specifications, Test scripts and Training documentation are created and up to date.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, and can be based near our Lakeside Portsmouth site, or a key Babcock hub, including Bristol, Plymouth, London etc with hybrid working arrangements and occasional travel.
Essential experience of the SAP Solution Lead:
4. Extensive hands-on experience as a SAP Solutions Lead within Procurement & Supply Chain and able to demonstrate previous Source to Contract, Requisition to Pay, Analytics configuration, releases, and support experience.
5. Previous configuration support across Materials Management, Investment management, Materials Requirement Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics Execution and Ariba Modules.
6. Excellent understanding of business processes and integrations within Procurement & Supply Chain and related solutions required to deliver the service.
7. Integration experience with Finance, Logistics, Project Systems, Timesheets, HR, Asset Management and Operations.
Qualifications for the SAP Solution Lead:
8. A university degree or relevant experience in Procurement & Supply Chain.
