This is a unique opportunity to be a pivotal part of the Talent Acquisition team, taking ownership of ensuring every live candidate and stakeholder has all the information they need. The role also involves maintaining consistent, up-to-date, and compliant processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Organise all experienced hire and head office interviews, including arranging suitable locations and venues for in-person sessions.
* Build trusted relationships with the Executive Support team to work efficiently and collaboratively on interview planning.
* Ensure both hiring managers and candidates receive all relevant information ahead of interviews via their invitations.
* Lead on GDPR compliance, ensuring the recruitment candidate policy is up-to-date, and that candidate invitations and reasonable adjustments are handled appropriately.
* Drive process improvement within the recruitment coordination function by researching and implementing the latest tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
* Oversee internal governance, ensuring best practices in the use of ATS and other systems.
* Arrange pre-interview and post-interview calls with relevant recruiters and assessors.
* Monitor the experienced hire inbox and respond to general inquiries.
* Update the recruitment calendar with all interview arrangements.
* Set case studies at appropriate times for candidates.
* Collaborate on team projects and reporting.
* Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team.
