Deanston Cooper's client, part of a Group of Renewable Energy businesses, are currently seeking an experienced Compliance / Sales Administration Manager to lead their sales administration team and ensure compliance within the Renewables and ECO4 markets. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive operational excellence, manage compliance activities, and deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities include: Leading and motivating the sales administration team to achieve KPIs. Overseeing certification and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to MCS and the ECO4 funding rules and industry standards. Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales processes and customer service. Producing weekly performance reports for senior management. Managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records. Handling customer enquiries and feedback daily. Staying updated on industry regulations and training the team accordingly.
