Delivery Driver (Part-Time / Permanent) Location: Gordons Chemists, 3337 Market Street, Downpatrick, BT30 6LP Reference: Downpatrick May 2025 Job Summary Gordons Chemists is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Permanent Delivery Driver based at our Downpatrick Branch. This is an essential, customer-facing role, ensuring the timely and safe delivery and collection of prescriptions and pharmacy items. The role also includes occasional deliveries between branches and support tasks as required. Working Hours 10 hours per week 5 days per week Monday to Friday Daily hours: 3:30 PM 5:30 PM Additional hours may be required Key Duties & Responsibilities Collection of prescriptions from local and surrounding GP surgeries Delivery and collection of prescriptions to and from customers Delivery and collection of prescriptions between branches when required Supporting additional pharmacy-related tasks as needed Essential Criteria Full, clean UK driving licence Own vehicle Good knowledge of local and surrounding areas Excellent attendance and punctuality Flexibility to work additional hours as required Eligible to work in the UK Desirable Criteria Minimum 6 months experience in a similar driving role How to Apply Submit your completed application form by post or email: Recruitment Gordons Chemists 74 Scarva Road Banbridge, BT32 3QD Closing Date: Wednesday, 28 May 2025 Equal Opportunities Gordons Chemists is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
