Are you an experienced Sales Manager - or a high-performing Business Manager ready to take the next step? We’re looking for a confident leader to manage a team of 6 Business Managers in a fast-paced car finance environment. This is a head office-based role with all communication handled over the phone - no in-person client work or travel required.
This role is focused on leading and motivating a successful sales team to drive finance performance and meet ambitious targets. You’ll oversee all day-to-day sales activity, provide coaching, and help create a culture of energy, accountability, and results.
Drive daily performance and support team to exceed KPIs and finance targets
Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback
Oversee all outbound and inbound sales activity conducted via phone
Experience as a Sales Manager or Business Manager in car finance, automotive, or similar sales-driven environment
A confident leader with strong people management skills
Excellent communication and coaching abilities
Comfortable in a non-client-facing, phone-based role
Results-driven and committed to high performance
Full-time role based entirely in our head office
No travel or face-to-face client work
