* Drive value engineering, risk management and design reviews
* Support tender, pre‑construction and live‑site technical resolution

Ideal Candidate Experience
* Proven track record as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager
* Experience across complex, high‑value new‑build schemes (£50m–£200m)
* Strong technical background in structural, envelope and MEP coordination
* Ability to manage multiple design packages and consultant teams
* Comfortable working within regulated or secure project environments
* Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities
