Hours: 4 on 4 off 05:00 to 16:00hrs

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading UK transport operator for a hands‑on Workshop Supervisor to oversee a busy engineering team within their bus garage. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic workshop, enjoys problem‑solving, and can balance technical responsibilities with team leadership.
Key Responsibilities of the HGV Workshop Supervisor
* Lead, support, and motivate a team of HGV/PSV Technicians and Fitters within the workshop.
* Carry out hands‑on maintenance, servicing, and repair of HGVs/PSVs as required.
* Ensure all vehicles are maintained to DVSA standards and operators licence requirements.
* Allocate workloads, monitor productivity and support technicians with technical queries.
* Oversee defect management, vehicle diagnostics and repair quality checks.
* Maintain accurate workshop records and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
