We are seeking an Associate Dentist or Locum Dentist to join a highly regarded, digitally advanced dental practice near Widnes.

About the Position (Permanent):
* Full-Time role – 4-5 days per week
* £13 per UDA (D.O.E.)
* 3,000 UDAs available
* Inherit a stable, well-maintained patient list
* 45% split on private treatments
* 50% split on Lab fees
* High private demand – up to 200 new patients registering at the practice per month
* Opportunities for mentorship and shadowing in Implants and Oral Surgery
* Excellent opportunity for ongoing professional development
* Immediate start available
Private Potential and Support:
* Comprehensive support and training in upselling techniques
* Financial incentives for support staff to aid in treatment promotion
* Active development of both internal and external referral pathways
* High monthly budget allocated for advertising and marketing of special interest areas of Dentistry – Allocated Marketing Manager
* Circa 180 - 200 New Private patients per month overall at the practice
* Happy to demonstrate the above, and successes of this during interview
