Who We Are Looking For We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Paralegal with strong experience in contract management and corporate legal support. You bring a keen eye for detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. You’re comfortable working independently, collaborating across teams, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Experience with SaaS agreements, an interest in technology (including AI), and familiarity with GDPR will set you apart. Who You Will Work With You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership across multiple regions, including the UK, France, Germany, Singapore, and the US. You’ll also support external counsel and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient contract execution and strong governance practices. What You Will Work On You will lead end-to-end contracting processes and support key legal and governance initiatives. This includes managing complex commercial agreements across security, risk management, and medical services, coordinating litigation matters, and supporting employment law issues. You will also contribute to improving contract processes, reducing risk, and enhancing operational efficiency. Owning the full contract lifecycle, from intake through to execution, renewal, and closeout Drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor and supplier contracts, SaaS/licensing agreements, and data protection terms Translating operational requirements into clear contractual language, including scope, SLAs, KPIs, and pricing structures Identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks (e.g., liability, indemnities, compliance, IP, and confidentiality) Developing and maintaining contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks to drive standardisation Supporting litigation and dispute matters in collaboration with legal counsel Managing projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes and systems What You Will Bring 5 years’ experience in an in-house legal team or law firm Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements in regulated or operational environments Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of autonomy, initiative, and problem-solving capability Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, DocuSign, and document/matter management systems (e.g., Legal Tracker, OneDrive) Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones, including Singapore and the US A willingness to learn and adapt, including taking on tasks outside your core expertise
