Overview
Retail Team Leader. We call you our Brand Leads. You are an expert in delivering an amazing customer brand experience in store. You will support the management team to motivate and lead the associate team to achieve store targets and drive excellence across all areas.
Responsibilities
* Passionately use local knowledge and sales expertise to deliver the ultimate brand experience.
* Become an expert in our style choices and bring these to life for our consumers.
* Make decisions about what’s best for our consumers, including taking ownership for handling consumer issues in store.
* Be a brand ambassador by role modelling our behaviours, values, and style.
* Be a positive role model for others, building trust through collaboration and open communication.
* Continuously develop product knowledge and understanding of the business.
* Maintain and enhance store appearance to reflect the Superdry look.
* Take ownership for delivering business objectives set by the Store Leader, coaching the team to meet retail standards and service expectations.
* Support key compliance tasks including loss prevention and health and safety.
* Exceed expectations and foster a proactive attitude in the wider team.
* Embrace the Superdry culture and share it with colleagues.
* Maintain good commercial awareness of the store, understand KPIs, and contribute ideas to drive performance.
* Be productive and make a positive impact every day.
* Hold keys for the store and take responsibility for opening/closing, including cash handling.
People
* Support in the day-to-day supervision of the team and motivate teammates to deliver high levels of service.
* Provide clear direction, inspire associates to achieve daily targets, and review progress.
* Lead the team with managers to hit store targets and create a great place to work.
* Coordinate the team across operational tasks and provide timely feedback and recognition.

* Experienced in retail/sales and operations in-store and ready to step up.
* Focused on our brand and consumers, able to create memorable experiences for every customer.
* Passionate about style and product.
* Experienced in leading and motivating a team through day-to-day activities.
* Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
* A team player who collaborates to achieve results.
* Organized and goal-oriented; takes ownership for tasks.
* Comfortable with change and fast-paced environments.
