Our client on the outskirts of Cardiff, an established and well respected organisation, is recruiting for a proactive Finance Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
You will provide support to the friendly Finance and Admin team covering procurement, invoicing and general administration to ensure that the team effectively meet the needs of the wider business.
What you'll be doing:
Assist with management and maintenance of sales and purchase ledgers
Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and on time
Process purchase order requests
Ensure effective processes are used for procurement
Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolution of any issues
Handling queries from suppliers and internal departments
Assist with preparation of chargeable event schedules
Support the Fleet Officer with administrative tasks
Supporting the team with ad-hoc finance administration tasksWhat we're looking for:
Basic Excel skills (data entry, sorting, and simple formulas)
High level of computer literacy
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and finance systems
Confident person with the ability to deal with people throughout the organisation
Enthusiastic and motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independentlySalary & Benefits:
Salary will be circa £25,000 per annum, plus full company benefits including:
