Teaching Assistants Wanted

Milestone Education are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our partnered school.
Responsibilities:
As a teaching assistant you will play a vital role in helping students thrive, both academically and socially.
* Supporting individual pupils and small groups with learning tasks
* Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering activities
* Helping manage classroom behaviour positively and effectively.
* Encouraging and promoting independence, confidence and self-esteem
What you'll Need:
* Experience supporting children is essential
* A kind, patient, and proactive approach
* strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
* Ability to adapt and support different learning needs
Additional Information:
* Full time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30
* Salary - £105 - £115 a day
* Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
