We are seeking a Hydraulics Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, workshop-based environment with a focus on the repair, refurbishment, and assembly of hydraulic components.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect, strip down, and refurbish hydraulic rams to industry standards
* Manufacture and assemble new hydraulic hoses to specifications
* Pressure test and quality check all refurbished and new components
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
* Diagnose hydraulic faults and recommend practical repair solutions
* Liaise with colleagues and supervisors to ensure timely completion of work
Requirements
* Proven experience working with hydraulic systems and components
* Strong mechanical fitting skills and attention to detail
* Ability to read technical drawings and understand hydraulic schematics
* Experience with hose crimping equipment (desirable)
* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to health & safety and quality standards
