Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with a varied portfolio of personal and corporate clients, offering strategic insight as well as technical solutions.
* Provide expert advice on areas such as shareholder and succession planning, restructuring, property and investment matters.
* Help lead and develop the tax team, embedding a culture of growth, collaboration and quality.
* Build the profile of our practice, contributing to business development and supporting our ambitious growth strategy.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
What we’re looking for:
* CTA qualified (or equivalent) with significant experience advising personal and corporate clients.
* Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and advisory issues.
* Commercially astute, with proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
* A natural leader and mentor, you’ll take pride in developing your team, creating an environment where people thrive and achieve their potential.
* Collaborative, forward thinking and excited about contributing to a growing, people-first firm.
