Requirements for this role:
* Qualified Social Worker (degree, diploma, or equivalent).
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Substantial experience in adult safeguarding and DoLS practice.
* Proven leadership skills and ability to supervise staff effectively.
* Prepared to complete standard compliance checks (full support provided).
