Youll develop clever, practical solutions used across multiple industries designing products that need to be robust, efficient, and beautifully engineered. This isnt a CAD-only role; its hands-on, fast-moving, and lets you see your designs evolve from concept to fully manufactured products out on the shop floor.
What youll do
1. Design new mechanical products and enhance existing ones using 3D CAD.
2. Produce detailed drawings, models, BOMs and documentation for production.
3. Run calculations and FEA analysis to verify performance and safety.
4. Get involved on the shop floor reviewing prototypes, resolving design challenges in real time, and working closely with production to ensure your designs are built exactly as intended.
