Contract: 30hrs per week. Monday to Friday. 9.30am till 3.30pm
Salary: £19,660 per annum

Duties:
You will work alongside another ASN Support Practitioner providing 221 support. Please note the young person you will support will have a range of additional support and complex needs, including behavioural and personal care.
We are looking for a compassionate and committed ASN Support Practitioner to join our team in providing 221 support throughout the community. Your role will be vital in helping our service user grow, develop skills and thrive in a supportive environment. You will be working to achieve SHANARRI outcomes (Safe, Healthy, Achieving, Nurtured, Active, Respected, Responsible, Included) while supporting the well-being of the service user.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized support based on individual support plans tailored to the needs and goals of each young person.
2. Plan and organise engaging activities that promote skill development, play and personal growth.
3. Regularly monitor and evaluate progress using the SHANARRI framework, ensuring all records are up to date using our online outcome recording system (CORS).
4. Advocate for the rights of young people, promoting a nurturing, safe and inclusive environment.
5. Maintain accurate timesheets and expenses and adhere to company procedures.
6. Participate in professional development, attending meetings and training to stay informed of best practices.
7. Work closely with the Service Manager to report and discuss any challenges or concerns.
8. Ensure health and safety protocols are followed, promoting the well-being of the children and young people in your care.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum SVQ Social Services and Healthcare SCQF Level 6
2. Register with SSSC
3. Flexibility in your approach to work, to the needs of the service users and family.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to equality and inclusion.
5. Physically active and able to engage in play, standing, walking and assisting young people with physical activities.
6. Self-motivated, patient, enthusiastic and fun
7. Proficient in IT with the ability to record and manage care plans using our online CORS system.
