A respected and well-established nursing home in Norwich is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their friendly and supportive team. Responsibilities
* Deliver direct nursing care and clinical support to residents
* Work closely with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans
* Administer medication safely and effectively
* Support residents wellbeing and promote a positive living environment
* Maintain accurate care records and documentation in line with best practice and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
* NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid PIN
* Previous experience in a care home or similar nursing setting is desirable
* Excellent clinical, communication, and organisational skills
* A caring, compassionate, and patient-centred approach to care
* Commitment to professional development and high standards of practice
