Salary: £42,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: Strong operational understanding of broking, insurance operations, customer servicing, or Acturis workflows. Experience in business testing, UAT, operational readiness, or quality assurance. Ability to create test scenarios independently based on business requirements. Experience testing dashboards or MI logic. Familiarity with Consumer Duty and FCA requirements. Responsibilities: Plan, design, and execute end-to-end business testing for Retail change initiatives. Test operational processes, workflows, and systems for completeness, usability, and risk. Validate operational impacts and identify issues before go-live. Test dashboards developed by MI & Insight Analysts to ensure data accuracy, correct logic, appropriate segmentation and filters, and clarity for business users. Validate that insights are meaningful and reflect real operational performance. Test new or updated Acturis templates, letters, communications, and customer-facing documents. Ensure accuracy, compliance, clarity, and operational usability. Confirm alignment to Consumer Duty expectations. Test new products, schemes, endorsements, workflows, and rules before release. Validate operational readiness and customer journey impacts. Support the rollout or evolution of Centres of Excellence by testing workflow changes, automations, and capacity assumptions. Validate performance, quality, and end-to-end processes during CoE maturity development. Identify defects, logic gaps, failure points, and customer risks. Prioritise issues based on customer impact, regulatory exposure, and operational risk. Provide clear, well-documented findings and recommendations. Ensure there is no regression as a result of the change. Create test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria using operational knowledge – not reliant on provided scripts. Challenge unclear requirements or unworkable process designs.
