Are you an experienced Supplier Manager eager to become part of one of the most engaging and rapidly growing teams in Aviva?
This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in managing supplier relationships, drafting and managing contracts, and ensuring performance for critical suppliers in a regulated environment, preferably within Financial Services. Our team is dedicated to delivering value through effective supplier relationships, third-party risk management, and comprehensive oversight. This involves managing contracts (including amendments) and overall relationships to mitigate risks, enhance performance, ensure governance, and maximize value.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team committed to excellence in Supplier Management across Aviva.
A bit about the job:
The purpose of the role is to manage suppliers in line with best practices and policies, supporting colleagues in IT. You’ll apply commercial, contractual, and relationship management skills to ensure supplier relationships meet and exceed obligations.
You will drive performance by utilising contractual levers, mitigating risks, and collaborating with IT. You will ensure compliance with contracts, support negotiations, and manage amendments and work orders.
You will work closely with IT and procurement to manage contracts, support dispute resolution, breaches, and exits, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations by both parties.
