Our Customer Service Supervisor Opportunity
The primary purpose of the Customer Service Supervisor is handling incoming telephone enquiries and support the overall team’s business performance, alongside the management of key accounts.
You will be based at our site in Breighton, alongside other members of the team.
What you will be doing
1. Undertaking team sales activities as directed from time to time.
2. Providing high levels of customer service at all times
3. Accurate use of the sales / ordering system and following the departments SOPs and policies.
4. Deliver high degrees of customer service.
