We are a well established and growing training provider delivering high quality DFE funded provision in apprenticeships, study programmes and adult funding. We are now seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead day to day operations and drive sustainable growth and ensure excellent quality assurance whilst managing a senior management team, finances, risk and governance. Report to the board with clear KPIs and accountability. Protect our reputation whilst been fully responsible for performance, quality, compliance and outcomes. Must be confident leading the team through change and growth. Must have Ofsted experience in a lead role and experience of DFE audits.

This is a full-time role for a Senior Managing Director at CRACKERJACK TRAINING LIMITED. The Senior Managing Director will oversee the strategic planning and execution of training programs, manage a team of trainers and staff, cultivate client relationships, and drive business growth. Some remote work is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Birmingham, UK. Must have experience in Leadership within an Educational setting and able to lead and effectively manage a team and make decisions in the best interest of the business. Experience in bid writing, Ofsted planning and leading and knowledge on the new Ousted priorities, SAR and QIP writing, Data analysis, must have experience with EFSA audits and be prepared to be Head of Centre for awarding bodies and experience organising and leading on all EQA visits. The Managing Director will be responsible to ensure timely completions with excellent success rates whilst adhering to the compliance needs in line with the DFE and Ofsted regulations and following and updating our Company policies and procedures and the DFE Handbook by ensuring a thorough risk assessment is carried out and updated regularly to identify and action any threats to the business. Must have experience within Apprenticeships, adult funding, study programmes. Must have a clean driving licence and DBS. This role requires the full control and day to day running of the academy and the management team setting clear targets and priorities. Full ownership of learner achievement, retention and attendance measures. Must have strong compliance, audit and governance focus. Clear accountability to the board and year on year growth expectations. This is a Senior Leadership role with real autonomy and an oppurtunitybto shape the next phase of a respected organisation. You will have full MD authority for day to day operations.
