We are currently looking for an experienced UX Product Designer, ideally based in the Bournemouth/Poole/Christchurch area, to join our established Spyrosoft Group product design studio.

Job description
• Designing digital products and services, from early stages to delivery
• Preparing, facilitating and summarising design workshops
• Balancing user and business needs
• Supporting design choices with user testing
Requirements
• Proven experience in UX, UI, Product or Digital design
• A portfolio of commercial projects for web and mobile platforms
• A deep understanding of the business value of design
• Experience conducting design workshops
• Experience in working closely with clients to interpret requirements
• Experience in being part of a multi-disciplinary team working with Agile methodologies
• Ability to provide rationale for design decisions
• Ability to quickly create wireframes and test ideas at the early stages of the design process
• Hands-on experience with UI design and prototyping tools.
