What Youll Be Doing Lead and mentor a growing development team whilst remaining hands-on.
Modernise and replatform a legacy application Build and enhance backend services, RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with product, UI/UX and delivery teams to deliver intuitive, future-ready features.
Define engineering best practices, architectural patterns and coding standards.
What Youll Bring Strong full-stack developer with hands-on experience across multiple programming languages.
Proven experience leading or mentoring developers.
Legacy migration experience (essential).
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, integration patterns and backend architecture.
Good knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
