Finance Analyst | Professional Services | Central London (Hybrid) | £50,000–£55,000 | Permanent Role
Robert Half are recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a large, international professional services organisation on a permanent basis, based in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to develop their commercial finance and analytical skills while supporting financial planning, management reporting, and business performance activities across a diverse portfolio.

📊 About the Position
Working alongside Finance Business Partners and senior finance stakeholders, you will support the business through:
• Assisting with annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes across multiple business sectors.
• Producing management information, financial reports, and operational KPI analysis.
• Delivering variance analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
• Supporting ad-hoc financial analysis and business performance reporting requests.
• Reviewing financial data and ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Assisting with revenue, cost, margin, and cash flow reporting across multiple business areas.
• Supporting financial controls, governance processes, and reporting compliance requirements.
• Building relationships with stakeholders across finance and operational teams to provide financial insight and support.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting and planning activities.
📋 What We’re Looking For
• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent finance background.
• Experience within financial analysis, FP&A, management accounting, or commercial finance.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems and large datasets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• A proactive approach with a desire to develop commercially and professionally.
• We will also consider newly qualified ACA candidates coming directly from a Big 4 audit background who are looking to make their first move into industry.
