Qualified Nursery Practitioner Windsor Up to £15.50 per hour We are currently seeking a dedicated Qualified Nursery Practitioner to support in Windsor. In this role, you will be working across various nursery settings, providing outstanding care to children aged up to 5 years old. As part of our team, your responsibilities will include working closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality early years care and education. You will be creating and leading fun, engaging activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling, and outdoor play. In addition, you will support daily routines, including managing mealtimes, nap times, and ensuring the children’s overall well-being. You will also play a vital role in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development. To help you succeed, we provide a thorough induction and ongoing training to enhance your skills and performance. We are looking for candidates with a recognised qualification in Nursery Practitioner (Level 2, Level 3, or above) and demonstrated experience in a nursery setting. A solid understanding of early years best practices, strong knowledge of child development, and effective communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues are essential. Flexibility to adapt to different nursery environments is also important, and while a First Aid certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. Why Work With Us?
