Role Description
The Givenchy Fragrance Ambassador will represent the Givenchy brand within the Bluewater store located in Dartford. As a full-time on-site role, the Ambassador will engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience by offering expert product knowledge and personalized fragrance consultations. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating and promoting Givenchy fragrances, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, managing stock, and building lasting relationships with customers to drive brand loyalty. The Ambassador will also collaborate with the store team to exceed performance expectations and uphold the brand's reputation for luxury and quality.
Qualifications
* Customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create positive and engaging shopping experiences for customers.
* Strong sales skills, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
* Passion for fragrances and luxury brands, with a deep understanding of Givenchy's products and heritage.
* Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain visually appealing product displays.
* Flexibility and availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, in an on-site setting.
* Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar role is highly desirable.
