Administration Executive – Job Overview
As a Administration Executive, your duties will include:
* Processing finance deals and associated administration accurately through the company’s in-house systems
* Completing due diligence checks in line with company procedures and KPIs
* Prioritising workloads to meet service level agreements and business deadlines
* Reviewing and validating finance documentation prior to payment release
* Accurately inputting customer and financial information onto internal systems
* Processing supplier commissions and maintaining accurate records
* Uploading and managing documentation within the CRM system
* Providing support via telephone and email to suppliers and sales teams
Administration Executive – Skills & Experience Required
* Previous administration experience is essential
* Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good IT skills, including experience using databases, CRM systems, or internal business systems
