Duties
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Maintain filing systems and perform data entry tasks accurately
* Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
* Handle clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and scanning documents
* Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
* Proven clerical experience demonstrating reliability and professionalism
