You’ll play a key role in driving business growth by leveraging your industry network, leading high-value client engagements, and shaping new business strategy.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Location: Bromley
Package: £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

What you’ll be doing:
* Lead Business Development in brand-led live events and experiential marketing, leveraging a strong industry network
* Drive Client Engagement by initiating conversations, securing meetings, and leading pitch opportunities
* Manage New Business Pipeline, tracking progress and conversion through the Commercial tracker
* Collaborate Strategically with senior leadership on business development plans and performance reporting
* Qualify Opportunities and align internal resources or third-party partners for outbound prospecting
* Generate Revenue through solution selling, aligning client needs with experiential, creative, and production services.
Main Skills/ Requirements:
* Proven new business expertise within experiential and live events
* Ability to bring in briefs, maintain key relationships, and lead successful pitches.
* Hands-on, strategic leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to engage senior stakeholders
* Strong commercial and creative acumen, with a passion for experiential marketing and a forward-thinking, trend-aware approach
* Exceptional communicator and persuasive presenter, confident in building rapport and articulating value to clients
* Collaborative and adaptable, able to juggle multiple briefs and work cross-functionally to deliver results
* Grounded and goal-oriented
* Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role
