About the role:
Powys Together is a community approach to working with children, young people and families, to improve opportunities, reduce disadvantage and support long term change to improve health and wellbeing. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team, demonstrating a high standard of community development and partnership working to strengthen work in the community and enhance opportunities and services for children, young people and
families. You will be part of small team that will develop a shared vision for this community focused approach, working in co-production with the community and developing projects that address the needs of children, young people and families in south Powys.

• Experience of engaging with children, young people and families in the planning, development and delivery of projects
• Enthusiastic, motivated and positive with a flexible attitude and commitment to delivering quality services.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build
relationships/partnerships internally and externally
• Strong commitment to working with children and young people, parents, providers, teachers and other professionals to promote good quality community focused services.
