What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Prepare and plan for team meetings, following up on subsequent actions and putting together team briefs
* Daily communication with team members and Customer Service Manager
* Assist in the recruitment of new Customer Service Advisors
* Respond promptly and thoroughly to incoming emails from both customers and colleagues
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Change Management experience
* Minimum of 3 years Supervisory/Management experience
* Experience of using Call & Query Management Systems
* Excellent customer-service skills
