* Due to the firm's continued expansion, they are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join their Sevenoaks, Kent office.
* The Conveyancing department is the firm's largest and plays a pivotal role in its continued success. With strong relationships with high-end agents and brokers, the team regularly brings in new business while maintaining excellent existing relationships. Their dynamic approach has earned them several prestigious industry awards.
* In this role, you'll handle a wide array of residential property matters, including property sales and purchases, re-mortgaging, new builds, affordable housing, shared ownership, and more. The firm offers excellent opportunities for career progression, with the potential for Partnership for the right candidate.
Requirements:
* Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2+ years PQE (Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives will also be considered)
* A proven track record of strong billings
