Business Development Manager (Middle East)

The Company
Quinta Raddison has been at the forefront of supplying Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) spare parts to Heavy Industrial plants worldwide since its formation in 1981.
We purchase spare parts from European and North American manufacturers, and sells them to customers throughout the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Australasia, and South America. An opportunity exists for a Business Development Manager to join the Middle East team out of our UK Head Office.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the Middle East. This will involve identifying new opportunities, improve existing customer relationships and liaising with Quinta Raddison’s stakeholders to achieve the best results.
Daily duties include: -
·Research and identify potential new opportunities and customers.
·Promote Quinta Raddison’s services and abilities to prospective customers.
·Develop and manage a business strategy to increase growth across the Middle East region.
·Follow up on quotations with new customers and feedback to the sales team.
·Coordinate and organise business trips in conjunction with the regional manager.
·Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
·General customer service-related duties where required.
The Applicant
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate confidence, a strong work ethic, and have a proven track record in a previous role. As the primary point of contact for both potential new and existing customers, excellent written, telephone and communication skills are key to creating good relations and ensure the success of Quinta Raddison worldwide.
Ideally from a business development environment, the role will need the following:
·Self-motivation with a disciplined approach.
·Ability to self-manage, work individually and within a team.
·Project management and organisational skills.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Commercial awareness of the Middle East and its current affair.
·Business intelligence of the Middle East markets.
Whilst not a requirement, foreign language skills may be of benefit. Own transport is essential for travel to and from the workplace.
Salary & Benefits
·Salary: On application.
·Bonus: The Company runs a bonus scheme. Details would usually be provided at the end of the first year of employment.
·Working hours: Monday to Friday 0830 to 1300 and 1400 to 1700 hrs (a total of 37.5 hrs per week). You would, however, often be expected to work outside of these hours for the satisfactory performance of your duties.
·Annual leave: 25 days per annum plus public holidays.
