An established and highly regarded multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to recruit a Graduate Town Planner to join its growing team in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment, working on a broad range of projects across the UK.
The Role
* Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
* Undertaking site appraisals and planning policy research
* Supporting the preparation of planning statements and technical reports
* Liaising with clients, local authorities, and external consultants
* Monitoring changes in planning policy and relevant legislation
About You
* A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline
* A genuine interest in pursuing a career in planning and working towards MRTPI accreditation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good organisational ability with strong attention to detail
* A proactive and positive approach to learning and development
* A full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential
