Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at the Manchester Arndale location on a 8 hour contract. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering a wonderful retail experience for every customer that walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly disposition
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer meaningful recommendations
* Ensure the store is clean, orderly, and well-stocked

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
* Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
* Support inventory management and merchandising
Qualifications:
* Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* An energetic, adaptable, and proactive attitude
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
