The Engine Behind Our B2B Success
Tapi Smart Flooring Solutions is the Business-to-Business division of Tapi Carpets & Floors, delivering nationwide flooring solutions to social housing providers, developers, contractors and commercial partners across the UK.
As our B2B partnerships continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Executive to manage the end-to-end coordination of B2B client orders and requests.
This is a pivotal role within the team — ensuring seamless communication between clients, stores and internal stakeholders nationwide.
The Role
As Sales Support Executive, you will act as the central operational hub for our B2B clients.
You will:
* Manage B2B client requests and orders from initial enquiry through to successful delivery
* Serve as the primary office-based point of contact for client queries
* Collaborate closely with Tapi stores nationwide to ensure operational excellence
* Liaise with store teams on B2B-related queries and provide clear guidance
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and orders within CRM and systems
* Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting client satisfaction
* Support the sales team with account set‑up and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings:
* Experience in Sales Support, B2B Customer Service or Account Management
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
* The ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset
* Confidence building positive relationships with both internal teams and external clients
Experience within construction, property, retail operations or multi-site environments would be beneficial.
