Urgently Needed! Vision for Education are looking to register Teaching Assistants within Swansea who could work on a 1:1 basis with children with a variety of Additional Learning Needs such as Autism and ADHD on a supply basis. These children are integrated in mainstream classes and you will be provided with all the information needed to support each child/placement beforehand. You will also be working closely with the class teacher. This role requires highly motivated, adaptable, committed, enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistants with great communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting the Teacher. You will have experience working with young people with Additional Learning Needs. You will work as part of a dedicated and committed team that have a child-centred approach in all they do. The roles we offer are on a supply basis as and when primary schools require cover and so we can work around your availability and the locations you are able to travel to.
