We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to take on a unique opportunity as Multi-Building Registered Manager, leading the launch of four brand-new bungalows with an on-site office.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Director of Children's Services, you will be at the centre of decision making and service development across the region. You will:
Lead the setup and registration of this new service, ensuring full Ofsted compliance across all homes.
Recruit, develop, and inspire multiple care teams, building a strong, unified culture.
Champion safeguarding and children's rights, ensuring safety, trust, and consistency at all times.
Oversee multi-site budgets, resources, and compliance with Children's Homes Regulations.
Build strong partnerships with local authorities, schools, health services and families to secure the best outcomes for children.
Ensure each home operates to Outstanding standards while working together as one integrated service.
About You
We're looking for a proven leader who can combine vision with practical delivery. Someone who doesn't just manage but motivates and develops people – creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, and able to thrive.
You will bring:
* At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care.
* A successful track record in complex operations and team leadership.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and the Children's Homes Regulations.
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care (or equivalent, e.g. Social Work Degree).
* A natural ability to inspire, coach, and support staff.
* Personal qualities including resilience, empathy, and clear communication.
* A full UK driving licence and flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
